Now the festive season is over we can take a short breather and even take a look at how we, Team Duke, performed during that very busy month.
Yes, it was extremely busy over the holidays and on the lead up to Christmas with the festive lunches and dinners, and, we must confess, the odd tension showed once or twice as the pressures of keeping everyone happy and their tables & orders all fulfilled as requested took its toll – but, that said, the Team did extremely well over the whole December month and put on an excellent service for our New Year’s Eve party. Feedback has been very good on the whole, so that does make us proud.
We take our customers and their loyalty extremely serious, and we try our hardest to give exactly what you want and when you want it! This we manage to do on almost every occasion, and are renowned for sorting out late bookings and even special orders when required. However, should our very high standards that we set ourselves not be met on a very odd and isolated occasion we do hope you remember us at our usual best!
We do appreciate our loyal customers and will be putting out our very best reception for everyone in this coming year.
We hope 2014 is a very healthy, happy & prosperous year for you all.
